They Were Scarred & Unwanted – Until Mommy Found and Adopted Them, Look At Them Now!

Love makes a difference

She was an unwanted orphan kid; she was always rejected and judged by her appearance. But despite her ‘looks,’ she found a forever loving home with a high school teacher from Cincinnati, USA.

Kristin Williams whose 44 years old is single and she had always wanted kids. After her first attempt where she paid $28,000 to bring home a little girl from Nepal, Williams got a heart breaking news.

The USA Department of State placed on hold all adoptions from Nepal due to fraud. So, Williams ended losing all her money.

After a while, she was later on introduced to a young girl called ‘Munni.’ She was barely 5 years old and hails from India. At first glance, William noticed something different with the kid. She has been a victim of abuse, her face and body showed physical scars evidencing extreme paid that she has been through in her young life.

Williams shared:

“I saw her face, and it was like an electric current just shot out and hit me in my heart. She was everything I wasn’t looking for, and she ended up being everything I needed.”

Last 2013, Munni came home with Kristin, and before the year is over she decided to adopt Roopa, a 3 year old girl from India. Roopa had her fair share of difficulties. Roopa was left for dead in a trash pile, where she lost her nose and lips to hungry insects and animals. Both the kids were passed for adoption due to their ‘looks.’

In their foster mother’s eyes – both girls are PERFECT!

Williams wants others to know, this type of abuse and hardship isn’t unique to her two daughters. She stated:

“It’s very unfortunate that this is an everyday event in India.”

Now enjoying the company of their loving mom and new home, the girls even got a special surprise last year. A group of doctors from ‘The Doctors’ heard their plight and they volunteered to give these girls an ‘unforgettable gift’ they will cherish for as long as they lived!

Both received reconstructive cosmetic services, scar removal, and for Roopa, she got nasal prosthesis!

The girls are already ‘beautiful’ in their mom’s eyes, but the surgeries will help them face the future confidently without any traces of their ‘horrible’ pasts.
